Canadian Tire Jumpstart’s vision is to create large-scale inclusive playgrounds in every province and territory across Canada. In 2023, Painswick Park in Barrie, ON became the home of Muriel and A.J. Billes Family Playground — a universally accessible playground where children of all abilities could share the magic of play. Several inclusive playground features were included in the design, as well as poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing for maximum accessibility.
