Kelly Meissner, the founder of Kate’s Kause, pulled together her community to raise funds to build “Kate’s Place For Everyone”, an accessible playground for kids of all ages and abilities. The playground was inspired and motivated by Kelly’s daughter, Kate, who was diagnosed with Angelman’s Syndrome.
The playground is nestled in a beautiful, forested part of Elmira, ON and has received amazing feedback from the community. Many have commented on how the playground has rejuvenated the park and inspired a community to unite together.
