Project Profile

Our clients at City of Windsor wanted help designing a signature shelter and entranceway into the famous Jackson Park. This area is known for having many wedding photo shoots, making it a very popular destination for people to flock too.

We worked with our partners at Poligon to build out a custom Trellis Complex, including a Crossing Shelter. This stunning design created such a welcoming piece to the park with plenty of shaded areas and places to sit. And of course, a perfect archway for couples to snap a photo.

Features

  • Custom Trellis Complex
  • Crossing Shelter with extended gable with two integrated Trellis sections
  • Crossing Shelter has tongue & groove ceiling with an asphalt shingle roof
  • Columns have wooster style base
  • Frame & columns poli-5000
  • Powder-coast finish
  • Hilti epoxy anchor bolts
  • Arch and medallion with park name
  • Custom mason column wraps
  • Custom wood for trellis
